What You’ll Do:

• Craft compelling product descriptions for major online retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Target, keeping consumer needs and brand guidelines in mind.
• Develop engaging marketing copy for various platforms, including newsletters, blogs, social media, and digital ads.
• Supercharge conversions by integrating high-volume keywords and phrases into PDP copy using SEO best practices.
• Put yourself in the user's shoes! Ensure all copy is easy to understand and follow, fostering a seamless experience.
• Support our instructional copywriting team by writing, proofreading, and testing instructions for improved clarity and user-friendliness.
• Bridge the gap between departments, collaborating with customer service, marketing, and compliance teams on various copy issues.
• Review instructional content alongside visuals like images, diagrams, and graphics to ensure consistency and clarity.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience crafting copy for e-commerce, retail, sales, or marketing environments.
• A chameleon-like writing style, adapting to technical UX copy, SEO content, marketing materials, and digital formats with ease.
• Deep understanding of key online retailers and their unique copy requirements (think Walmart, Amazon, Target).
• Flawless written and verbal communication skills — your words are your magic wand!
• Razor-sharp editing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
• A natural detective when it comes to market research and analysis — uncover those golden insights!
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while keeping an eagle eye on detail.
