Job Title: Inventory/Quality Control Associate (IC/QC Associate)

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour Shift

Location: McDonough, GA

Primary Responsibility:

Maintains an accurate record of inventory. Assists in preventing and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Essential Functions:

• Promote a safe work environment through personal action. Identify and report on any safety concerns.
• Conduct regular inventory counts (i.e. cycle counts and full physical inventories).
• Record count results and report discrepancies for correction.
• Communicate across shifts and to management inventory discrepancies and concerns.
• Audit movement of freight to ensure freight maintains shippable status and inventory balance on hand via outbound, inbound, and Warehouse associate audits.
• Respond to corporate requests as necessary with accuracy and urgency.
• Work alongside operations to identify areas of improvement for maintaining inventory and ensure processes are being followed via audits.
• Other inventory related duties as requested.

Education and Experience:

• Inventory/ Quality Control experience required, preferably in a warehouse/distribution center
• Knowledgeable with RF scan guns required
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. required
• Forklift and OP experience preferred
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Must have the ability to multi-task and organize work load
