Sadoff Brand is Hiring an Inventory Associate Near Dallas, TX
The Inventory Associate at SunCoast Communications plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position will oversee the receiving process, collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate order fulfillment, keep documentation of inventory transactions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, tracking the movement of telecommunication and networking equipment.
- Stock Optimization: Implement effective inventory control practices to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and support timely order fulfillment.
- Receiving and Inspection: Oversee the receiving process, inspecting incoming products for quality and accuracy, and updating inventory accordingly.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, suppliers, and other relevant teams to coordinate inventory-related activities.
- Cycle Counts and Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed documentation related to inventory transactions, adjustments, and reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and customer-related policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to operate general office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, scanners and copier.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
- Ability to compile information and make decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
- At least two years of related experience.
