Located in Jacksonville, FL, Lakeview Health is a JCAHO accredited facility specializing in the treatment of chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, alcoholism, and associated mental disorders. The Lakeview Health's alcohol and drug addiction treatment center was created to provide those persons suffering from drug addiction, alcoholism, and dual disorders with a suitable drug rehab environment in order to produce quality long term recovery. The touchstone of Lakeview’s addiction treatment center is found in our ability to separate symptoms from core issues, while effectively treating the whole person.

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) Lead to assist in the planning, direction and training of BHA's. The BHA Lead will provide their input in the evaluation of the BHAs on their shift. The lead is responsible for the smooth operation of the shift they are assigned and is a resource person for other departments within Lakeview Health. The Lead will also oversee administrative functions and personnel for their shift, as well as coordinate performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED is required. Some college and/or CAP is preferred.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and meet insurance carrier’s criteria for insurability. Obtaining and maintaining a CDL, Class C license is required. 
• 2 years experience in social service with an emphasis on behavioral health is preferred
• Knowledge of the 12 step program is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills required.
