What You’ll Do:

The Sales Ambassador will play a vital role in representing and promoting Curio Home Goods products and maintaining strong relationships with customers. In this role, the Sales Ambassador will enhance the brand's image and drive sales growth through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

• Promote, showcase, and demonstrate our products to potential customers at various retail locations and events.
• Educate customers about product features and benefits, to convert customers to the brand and selling merchandise at retail locations.
• Recommend the best solutions to meet customer needs.
• Solution solve and sell appropriate product lines.
• Increase sales by positively representing our brand and contribute to overall sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prospect and recommend new customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information, provide advice to potential customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and report on market trends and customer feedback.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Bring It!

• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Passionate about product and brand knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
• Up to 30% travel may be required.

Salary range: $45,000-60,000 DOE
