Hana Group is Hiring an Accounting Administrator Near Dallas, TX
The primary functions of the Accounting Administrator at Hana Group North America will be to support including, but not limited to, kiosks and manufacturing facilities by providing Accounting Data Entry functions. This position will report to Manager of Tax and Accounting Services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the assigned internal and franchise store locations with accurate and timely orders to our Logistics warehouse
Responsible for accurate and timely posting of external vendor invoices and credits for the assigned internal stores
Responsible for accurate and timely month end inventory entries for the assigned internal stores
Able to review monthly cost of goods for the assigned stores and make necessary corrections or adjustments
Handle daily communication to resolve order and invoice discrepancies for the assigned internal stores, Logistics warehouse, and external vendors
Assist the assigned stores with cost of goods questions and requests
Review and reconcile vendor statements for assigned internal stores
