The Radisson Hotel Freehold is seeking a passionate customer service professional to join our award-winning team as part-time Night Auditor. **PLEASE NOTE** We are currently seeking candidates to work part-time Night Audit.

This position requires flexibility with scheduling including a varied shift of the following schedule:

11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. – AUDIT SHIFT, which is overnight

Please note this position requires availability on evenings (both weekend and weekday) and holidays. Please do not apply for the position if you are not able to work a varied schedule.

• Demonstrate a take-charge attitude and excellent communication skills in a highly visible and vital role
• Effectively assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment
• Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay
• Opera experience is a plus
• *Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays*
