Palermo’s is hiring a Bakery Scientist for its team in Jefferson, WI.
The Bakery Scientist will apply bakery scientific principles in research, development, production technology, quality control, and processing. This role assists in the development of pizza crust concepts, products, and optimization projects through a vigorous consumer-driven R&D process. Additionally, this role may be asked to lead technically complex and multi-function project teams.
