When you’ll work…

We are currently hiring experienced Lead Machine Operators to join the team for 3rd shift.

What you’ll do…

Act as the subject matter expert on all production equipment including setup and setting optimization.

Assist Machine Operators with troubleshooting mechanical issues and problems and determining when to escalate to Maintenance team.

Facilitate training sessions for operations staff, track progress toward learning goals, assess and recommend enhancements to training programs.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures including working on SOC, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.

Utilizing knowledge from your 4 years’ experience with mechanical equipment plus experience training in a manufacturing environment.

Organized and methodical approach to problem solving – often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical.

Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in current adult learning techniques.

Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
