Job Description:

We need someone like you who can represent the Packerland Home Improvement brand and provide product knowledge to members of your community in a retail store environment.
Packerland Home Improvement is the original window replacement specialist of Kaukauna and has been providing quality window and door replacement to homeowners across Northeast and East Central Wisconsin for over 46 years.
Our ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a commissioned sales environment. If you are outgoing with amazing energy and love talking with strangers, we have the perfect career for you!
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will speak with members of your community daily in a Hardware Store environment about their current window needs and the benefits of the Packerland Home Improvement experience. You will apply our needs-based sales methodology to schedule a free in-home consultation with community members in need of window replacement to discuss their window replacement options.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• A positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results driven personality
• Superior customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process of a needs-based approach
• Strong verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to work the varied hours of retail to include: evenings, weekends and holiday
