RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Olathe, KS that is seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer/Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to automate business processes within our organization.
Responsibilities:
* RPA Developer/Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements and identify opportunities for automation
* Design RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere - UiPath, Blue Prism
* Develop and test RPA bots to automate end-to-end processes
* Testing and debugging RPA solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
* Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and processes
* As a RPA Developer/Architect, you will implement best practices and standards for RPA development
* Monitor and optimize RPA bots for performance and scalability
* Participate in RPA project planning and execution
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 3 years of experience in RPA development and architecture
* Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization
* In-depth knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
* Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Certifications in RPA platforms are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
