RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT End Point Imaging Tech in Milwaukee, WI.
Summary:
The IT End Point Imaging Technician will setup and configure new or used IT end points on their centralized imaging center. This includes unboxing, asset tagging/labeling, configuring, and re-boxing desktops, laptops, tablets, cellular devices, and other IT end point devices.
Major Responsibilities:
* IT End Point Imaging Tech will complete device staging utilizing defined processes and tools
* Performs software installation, implementations device security requirements and ensures with client hardware/software standards
* Documents asset tag information (serial number and asset tag number) to be imported into Active Directory, CMDB database, and other systems used for inventory tracking and configuration
* Connects hardware to the network and KVM devices to be imaged, configured, and setup as directed; Establishes initial network connectivity for new device deployment following defined procedures; Troubleshoots, when necessary, to successfully image equipment
* Prepares and packages IT equipment and collaborated with and delegates to warehouse personal for receipt, movement, and delivery of equipment stock and pallets
* As an IT End Point Imaging Tech, you will configure multiple machines simultaneously in mass production environment with attention to detail and accuracy while following documented procedures
* Communicated timely status of device imaging assignments and informs leadership of any deviation from standards
* Completes assigned tasks within defined project plan timeframes; Identifies any potential risk or concerns that may impact the project; Informs project management and leadership of the issues and potential solutions; Participates in developing risk reduction recommendations and solutions for issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* Typically requires 1 year of experience in Windows, IOS, Android operating systems, computer hardware configurations and software troubleshooting
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate
* Ability to detect and resolve basic IT technical problems
* Ability to follow directions with a strong attention to detail
* Team player with ability to build long term relationships
* Previous work experience in a technical support or PC deployment position; Desired, not required
* Basic understanding of Active Directory and SCCM; Desired, not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
