The Customer Enrollment Team Member is integral to the Customer Service and Sales Teams, directly impacting new and existing customers daily. The essential function of the Customer Enrollment Team Member is to meet with potential customers, educate them on products and services, and facilitate an outstanding enrollment process. The Customer Enrollment Team Member will leverage their ability to build emotional connections with all types of people and consultative sales skills to achieve high performance in this role.
