Description

• Conducting system design, development, and support activities.
• Performing system and requirements analysis for OnBase projects.
• Configuring and administering the OnBase Content Management system, employing established design patterns.
• Documenting technical specifications, process flows, changes, and training materials for end users and the service desk; planning and testing migrations; and preparing for production releases
• Independently manage small to medium projects without direct reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to procure resources required for project completion, including hardware, operating systems, and application software upgrades.
• Demonstrate self-reliance in task ownership, efficiently managing priorities and time allocation with minimal daily oversight.

Profile

• Preference for OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) with additional OnBase certifications advantageous.
• Over 3 years of OnBase System Admin experience, particularly with essential OnBase modules.
• Proficient in OnBase Enterprise Content Management platform, including architecture and security principles.
• Extensive support experience with OnBase v21 (EP5) in large and intricate organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of OnBase processes such as COLD, DIP, AUTOFILL, with capability in development and support.
• Familiarity or certification in ONBASE Workflow is beneficial; thorough expertise in OnBase version 16 system admin functions; adeptness with Microsoft SQL, IIS, and OnBase mobile platforms; understanding of Active Directory security and experience with OnBase module installations and configurations across diverse environments.
