THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION (5-days per week)

• Lead all Windows operations, updates, and troubleshoot any issues
• Installation of network software, such as security or firewall applications
• Deliver end-user support both on-site and remotely
• Assess network performance data encompassing speed, connectivity, and disaster recovery capabilities

Profile

A successful candidate would have demonstrated expertise in a Network and Desktop end-user support. A mandarin-speaking candidate is highly preferred.
