Position Purpose:
To assume the lead role in developing and implementing the facilitys human resources programs and services such as employee relations, benefits administration, time off management and scheduling.
Educational Requirements:
High school graduate or GED required
Experience Required:
Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources with knowledge of Human Resources policies and law.
Other Qualifications/Requirements:
Familiarity with human resource databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS, and experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
