- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program from an accredited institution or Have at least one (1) year of verifiable, clinical work experience in an Emergency Department, Hospital, or Urgent Care environment as a Medical Assistant, ED/ER Technician, or Patient Care Technician.
- Ability to pass our internal clinical assessment.
- Able to work 3-5 days a week.
- Able to work 7-13 hour shifts.
- Able to work morning and afternoon shifts (we are open from 8a-8p).
- Able to work weekends - typically rotating weekends.
- Able to be on call for at least 1 shift per week.
- Required to travel to different locations within an hour radius for coverage in times of critical business demands or staffing needs (with monetary bonus).
- Required to have a valid driver's license or a valid driver's level 2 permit.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to sit, walk, reach with hands and arms throughout the workday.
- Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
- Occasionally required to lift moderate weight (20-40 pounds).
- Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust or focus.
