Sales Associate

Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and recommend suitable products based on their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and features of various devices
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and technology products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
- Proficient in retail math for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Experience using a cash register or point-of-sale system is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
