Description

Position Summary:

This Marketing Campaign Manager provides integral support to the MedPro Marketing and Sales Team. The team member is responsible for managing the planning & execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will rely on his/her own experience and judgement to execute and accomplish goals by performing a wide variety of tasks to deliver strategic and consistent online and traditional marketing campaigns.

  • Plan & execute marketing campaigns that deliver business goals, drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Identify all the initiatives and tactics for the campaign and the goals for each while working with the appropriate team members to develop marketing campaign and deliverables.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to measure & analyze to improve website navigation, marketing initiatives and to determine the best approach for content generation and user flow. Develop Key Performance Metrics (KPI’s) & regularly measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Contribute to establishing sales support materials for sales team to move leads through the customer journey.
  • Ensures messaging and campaign deliverables are cohesive and to message, strategy & plan.
  • Manage and build social media channels and ensure initiatives improve performance of these channels.
  • Assist in management of Performance Marketing activities (SEO, paid media, advertising) Contribute to the management of the digital marketing agency; recommend initiatives to continually improve performance of programs. 
  • Design journeys across tactics: paid media, print, social, and email to drive lead generation & brand awareness; identify opportunities for improving user experience and engagement across these channels.
  • Manage Growth Marketing activities (traditional marketing model with added layers such as A/B testing, value-additive blog posts, data-driven email marketing campaigns; utilize current platforms to develop automations, email flows, and lead nurturing; measure performance and recommend plans based on historical data.
  • Consistently audit websites to ensure user journey is optimized and content information is up to date.
  • Support and advocate for marketing best practice and new industry trends and opportunties.

Work Expectations

  • Full-time: 40 Hours per week; Exempt Position

Requirements

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field

Years’ Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B digital and traditional marketing and web experience. 
  • 5-7 years’ experience should include a solid understanding of site navigation, use of content management tools and reporting tools.
  • 5-7 years’ experience with email marketing campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media and building integrated marketing campaigns.
  • 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing
  • 5-7 years’ experience project managing execution of marketing campaigns.

Technology/Software Knowledge

  • Content Management system experience (WordPress, Square Space, or equivalent)
  • Google Analytics
  • Hootsuite (or equivalent social media planning tool)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Constant Contact (or equivalent e-mail marketing platform experience)
  • Salesforce.com
  • SurveyMonkey (or equivalent survey platform experience)

Required Travel

  • 10%

  • 100 Stierli Court Mt. Arlington, NJ 

Physical Requirements

  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
