Why Join Our Intelligence & Analytics Team?
Anteriad is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Intelligence and Analytics team on-site in our Rye Brook, NY headquarters. This is an incredible opportunity for an intelligent, energetic, and self-motivated individual to play a vital role within a growing Client Service and Support organization. This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship. This is an on-site position and local candidates will only be considered.
The TAM will support the analytics team in maintaining active relationships with clients, including proactively resolving business and technical issues in service of analytics-based projects. After becoming well versed in intelligence and analytics products, the TAM is expected to expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with energy and enthusiasm. In addition to speaking with clients, the TAM will be the primary liaison between the internal development team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables all while seeking and establishing the timeline for the next project.
The successful candidate is a resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a small, fast paced environment. The TAM will be expected to straddle the line between strategic thinking & tactical execution leveraging existing internal datasets and processes vs. creating custom projects. What You'll Do:
•Outstanding at problem-solving and project management
•Effective communicator, adept with communication at all levels
•Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and projects at once
•Be able to grasp technical concepts, communicate them succinctly and clearly and collaborate with managers on delivery of solutions
•Responsible for flawless execution of projects in support of the Analytics team
•Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships
What You'll Bring:
Required
•At least 3-4 years of prior client facing experience
•Self-starter with high level of accountability
•Systematic discipline in note taking, consistent follow-up and documentation across multiple stakeholders.
•A nose for project delivery- know what is due and when and be curious on the potential blockers and time required to finish projects.
•A customer first perspective- help connect the dots between the customer ASK and the technical requirements for a team of developers.
•Experience using PM software Azure Dev Ops is a plus)
•Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical, organizational, problem solving and computer skills.
•Experience with SQL coding a plus but not required
•Ability to work well in a team environment
