Project Manager Mission: Lead and inspire teams to accomplish goals that deliver advantages to projects, leveraging electrical expertise.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of Veracity Electric LLC.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial electrical systems.
  • Experience in handling customer issues effectively.
  • Technological proficiency and daily inspection of project progress.
  • Knowledge of change orders, building plans, and installation manuals.
  • Excellent planning and project execution skills.
  • Understanding of contract documents.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for representing Veracity Electric LLC.
  • Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to pass a background check and drug test.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in Veracity's Business Development initiatives, including participation in community and industry organizations, attending project interviews, and participating in company events.
  • Oversee budget reviews and provide cost analysis reports. Implement strategies to ensure budget compliance and fiscal discipline on projects.
  • Assist the safe execution of projects, aiming for the ambitious goal of zero incidents on job sites.
  • Manage all financial dimensions of projects, including setup, monthly billing, forecasting, and final closeouts, to ensure that projects achieve profitability objectives.
  • Ensure consistent growth in both professional and personal development, not only for oneself but also for the entire team. This involves actively fostering an environment where team members are encouraged and supported in their journey towards excellence.

Mental Expectations: Candidates should be proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members is essential, especially in challenging situations. A commitment to safety and efficient project management is crucial.

Work Schedule:

Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional need for overtime.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Degree in Project Management (Preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (Required).

License/Certification:

Valid Driver's License (Required).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
