We are searching for a Customer Service Agent to join us in person at our facility. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer inbound customer telephone calls; present additional services/products and obtain accurate information

Book in person or virtual consultations

· Respond to customers with empathy and helpfulness

Call warm leads

· Performs such other and additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 1 year(s) of call center experience is preferred

· Sales Background preferred

· Must have excellent communication skills with customers and staff

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking abilities are required
