Job description:

Wingman Planning, a full-service marketing agency based in Manasquan NJ, seeks an Account Manager to join our team. Since 2009, we have been helping small businesses within the tri-state area grow through the use of our marketing services. We recognize that every company is unique and that each of our clients have different goals and definitions of success. We take the time to understand and help business owners maximize their marketing budgets through our consultative approach.

What You’ll Do:

1. Putting our customers first is what we're all about – making sure you are there to help and assist clients as needed is priority #1

2. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value

4. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

5. Keep accurate records regarding accounts

6. Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

7. Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

What You’ll Bring:

• "Can do" attitude and ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
• Understanding of the digital marketing industry - Paid Search, SEO, Email Marketing, Influencer, Creative, UX/UI, Web Development is a big plus
• CRM experience is preferred (We use HubSpot!)
• Must be organized
• Ability to multitask - super important

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
