JOB SUMMARY
It is expected that the Systems Administrator will use the latest tools to develop and deliver solutions in support of our infrastructure and the clients' needs.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent; related work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
• Desired: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services and concepts (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.)
• Configuration Management principles (Intune/MECM, AutoPilot, patch management, vulnerability remediation).
• Minimum of four years of providing technical support in a professional IT environment
• Experience with Public Cloud Infrastructure, such as Office365 and Azure
• Relevant knowledge of at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy, Configure and Manage Unified Endpoint Management tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Datto RMM.
• Manage remote desktop management and software deployments using Microsoft Intune, VMWare, Workspace ONE and Datto RMM platforms.
• Manage Microsoft Defender Configuration and Policies
• Perform Windows image build and maintenance using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
• Provide Windows 10/11 desktop support and administration.
• Troubleshoot issues with laptops/desktops, network, general user issues.
• May be responsible for oversight of project documentation, end user training, schedules, resource utilization coordination on complex solutions projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
