Description
Position Summary
The Teller I position is responsible for providing best in class customer experience to our customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Union Bank policies. These functions range from basic to moderate in complexity. Teller I will refer customers for products and services uncovered during interactions and/or conversations. This position is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
