Chief Executive Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is a growing, well capitalized organization looking to expand their Applied Behavioral Analysis footprint . They are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to help build and lead this clinic-based line. This position is based in the Hartford, CT area. ABA multi-site operations leadership background is strongly preferred but not required. Executive leadership experience with a track record of growing an organization is a must. Relocation candidates will be considered!

Chief Executive Officer Job Requirements

• Operational Leadership experience. Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• Must have multi-site healthcare / clinic management experience.
• Bachelors degree.
• Start-up and M&A experience.

Chief Executive Officer Job Responsibilities

• Operational oversite of multiple ABA clinics once established. Oversite of existing clinic to start.
• Help grow business line through start-ups, organic growth, and acquisitions.
• Implement corporate structures and processes.
