Vice President of Home Health Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add a Vice President of Home Health to guide clinical services and operations for multiple offices. This role is remotely based in California with at least 50% travel required. A Registered Nurse is required with strong multi-site operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health.
 
Vice President of Home Health Requirements

• Multi-site Home Health operations leadership experience
• Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Registered Nurse is required.

Vice President of Home Health Responsibilities

• Oversite of Home Health operations.
• Oversite of directly reporting AVP’s.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance.
