Branch Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their Home Health location in the Vacaville / Fairfield, CA area. Medicare Home Health leadership experience is required. A registered nurse is preferred. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
Branch Director Job Requirements

• Home Health leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.

Branch Director Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with AVP.
• Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff.
