JOB FUNCTION:

In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies, the CNC Programmer / Operator is responsible for running multiple machines whether it be roughing, hard milling or electrodes. Reporting to the Supervisor, Manufacturing, a CNC Programmer / Operator works to ensure accuracy and consistency to help meet or exceed all goals and objectives required from the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read prints and verify Red Line dimensions
• Understanding of print tolerancing
• Program and operate 3 axis CNC machines
• Understanding of sound and proper set ups
• Understanding of In Process Inspection
• Own an array of tools e.g., tenth indicator, depth micrometer, drop indicator, etc.
• Understanding of proper inspection techniques
• Understanding of final inspection of machined items
• Deburr, demagnetize, and clean all parts
• Cleanliness of work area
• Team player and ability to work well with others
