You will serve as a clinical resource to assist with education and development of new staff and use your critical thinking to make decisions related to clinical issues in the department.As an RWHS Nursing Manager, you will:Use critical thinking in the application of knowledge and clinical skills to facilitate staff development to achieve appropriate patient outcomes.Utilize unit-staffing model as a guideline and adjusts staffing levels based on acuity, census and staff experience.
