The Red Hat Enhanced Support team is looking for an enterprise-level technical support engineer to join us remotely in North America. In this role, you will be critical to the success of Red Hats most strategic customers by serving as a technical expert supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux. You will regularly collaborate with colleagues from Red Hat, your customers, and technology partners and help support solutions that allow enterprise customers to successfully deploy and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Work location near a Red Hat office is preferred; however, well-qualified remote engineers in the U.S. and Canada will be considered.
