Leidos QTC Health Services Health Services is seeking qualified candidates for Medical Customer Service Agent opportunities on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3) . These Agents will serve as the face of the organization through direct interactions with military service members, delivering exceptional customer service at all touch points.

RHRP-3 provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas. They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Provide high-touch and outstanding service to military service members
• Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness
• Review these medical records and determine the necessary/required medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed
• Schedule service members individual, in-clinic, group, and/or telephonic appointments

You must have:

• Must be U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a military Common Access Card
• A CURRENT medical certification, such as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military Medic, Corpsman, Para-rescue or Health Service Technician.
  • Certification must be current and remain valid throughout employment.
• A High School diploma or GED
• The ability to successfully pass a federal background check - National Agencies Check w/ Inquiries (NACI) 
• Job Levels:
  • Level 1: Typically 0–1 year experience 
  • Level 2: Typically 1-3 yeas experience 
  • Level 3: Typically 3 years experience

Typical Day:

• Positions are located ONSITE at our San Antonio, TX location at 4406 Piedras Dr. West, San Antonio, TX 78228
• 3 weeks of initial training will be Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm - ** Employee will move to assigned shift after initial training
• Shifts: **shift availability will be discussed at time of interview
  • 2nd Shift: Mon – Fri: 1:30pm – 10:00pm - *(Extra $1.00/hr. for hours worked during this shift)
  • Alternate Work Week (AWW): Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00am -5:30pm - *(Extra $2.00/hr. for hours worked during this shift)
  • Shift 1: Monday – Friday: 10:30am- 6:00pm
  • Shift 2: Monday – Friday: 12:30pm - 8:30pm

Pay and Benefits:

Level 1: $17.20 per hour quarterly bonus up to 6%

Level 2: $21.00 per hour quarterly bonus up to 6%

Level 3: $25.00 per hour quarterly bonus up to 6%

Experience

• 1 - 5 years: Relevant experience
• Current medical certification, certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military medic, corpsman, pararescue, or health services technician required. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred
