Nano-Dimension is a publicly traded, high growth, innovative company that has recently acquired multiple new companies. To continue and excel this growth, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to own the end-to-end Order management and logistics operations. This role is suited for a self-starter looking to build upon our current process and enhance, operationalize, and automate the function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving, processing & executing global Sales Orders (SO) for sales & customer service across USA, APAC & EMEA.
• Manage & control inventory levels through ERP system (SAP) for machines, service parts & consumables for

Nano US and its subsidiaries to ensure smooth service to internal and external customers and intercompany orders.

• Own the logistics process including managing US logistics vendors (3PL Warehouse).
• Handle division import and export processes (inc. custom clearance).
• Execute management reports, metrics, KPI’s to communicate and measure functional area performance.
• Perform opportunities generation, quotes, and transactions in CRM (Salesforce) system for customer access.
• Perform invoicing and purchasing transactions to pay domestic vendors (3PL Warehouse, Trucker, Brokers) alongside the finance department.

• 5 years of experience in a global company in similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of Import, export & domestic logistics include:

international trade regulations, customs procedures, transportation modes (air, ocean, road) in North America

and APAC regions, operation of logistics 3PL companies, insurance, Hazardous Material, and claims procedures.

• Knowledge of government contracts, government procurement processes (DoD) and procurement secure platforms (i.e., Coupa, Exostar, WAWF).
• Ability to work with domestic and international teams in coordination with customers’ demands and urgencies.
• Highly organized & detail oriented with the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP – big advantage
