Responsibilities : At least one year of experience with installation residential asphalt shingles
- Replacement and repair work of installs,tear offs, redeck, replacements
- Thoroughly clean job site, take photos before and after, upload them to the CRM
- Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- At least one year of installation experience - residential asphalt shingles
- Must reside in Illinois and have an IL Roofing License
- Quality workmanship & excellent communication
- Motivated, organized, disciplined
- Your own truck and tools, unless working independently
- Your own crew (each must have one English speaking person)
Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums :
General Liability -
$2 million aggregate
$2 million products & completed operations
$1 million per occurrence
Automobile Liability - $1 million combined single limit
Workman's Compensation - $500k-$500k-$500k
