Manage multiple technicians and jobs according to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Southern MA procedures. Assign and coordinate jobs with technicians via the dispatcher. Keep Dispatcher/Owner updated on production. Supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements and code compliance for the job, complete job files, coordinate purchasing for jobs, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Perform field work and field technician support as needed. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all technician assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial and residential customers.
