Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow

- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Manager to ensure proper stock levels

- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth

- Collaborate with the Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent team management abilities, fostering a positive work environment
