JC Finley Company is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (FT) Near Gerald, MO
- Processes orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Enter orders into QuickBooks.
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Processes small and large labels for all orders.
- Maintain file system for orders and invoices.
- Process credit card orders.
- Manage FedEx and UPS shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding price, availability, lead times, transportation, and order priorities.
- Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate FCL/LCL shipments.
- Assists with office duties as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Clerical Skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant phone demeanor.
- Ability to work well with others.
- 1 - 2 years experience.
