Interim Healthcare is seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for home care cases throughout the State of Delaware.

Purpose of Occupational Therapist (OT):

• OTs are needed for minimal hands-on therapy ; this will include evaluations & counseling .
• Clients are part of a program that is statewide for seniors aging in place.
• Each client/case is a five-to-six-month program with 6 OT Visits throughout. You will be responsible for the full number of visits for each client.

Requirements of Occupational Therapist (OT):

• Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware.
• At least six (6) months experience within the last five (5) years working as an OT within in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States.
• CPR certified.
• Negative TB test result
• Pass a background check.
• Provide two (2) professional references.
• Able to travel to cases as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
