- Provide two (2) professional references.
- Current HHA must provide proof of 75 hours of training (Home Health Aide Certificate)
- A minimum of six (6) months’ experience working as an HHA within the last five (5) years. Group home and private duty experience does not qualify.
- Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to take clients to/from doctors’ appointments, run errands, etc.
- Bathing

- Toileting
- Transfers (use of lifting devices when needed)
- Light Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal Prep
- Bed Making/Change Bed Linens
- Assist with ambulation.
