### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our team meets performance targets and delivers exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.

### Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives
- Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in Auto, Home, and Renters Insurance sales
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
- Analyze call center data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of call center activities and prepare reports as needed

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a call center supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Spanish is required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Property & Casualty Insurance Sales experience
