IT Business Systems Technician

Job Summary:
Assist in supporting all core business system applications (XP2/ISE/24x7, IMM, Lynxgate, Nautilus, ATMs, etc.) and services; install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain related software, peripherals, and related equipment. Responsible for providing a high level of end-user support in responding to questions and diagnosing and resolving problems within their level of expertise. Assist with maintaining assigned systems and provide problem resolution and technical support services with high reliability.

Salary: $27.70-$39.00K/Hour DOE

Location: 971 W Wetmore Rd - This is not a remote position

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Shares in performing business systems production schedule tasks and maintenance. Have subject matter knowledge with a firm grasp of solutions, functions, technology, and protocols.
• Assist with core system upgrades, rates changes, and planning as it relates to core systems.
• Responsible for providing a high level of end-user support in responding to questions and diagnosing and resolving problems within their level of expertise.
• Stay alert of vendor service interruption and communicate information to appropriate department.
• Assist with updating team processes and procedures.
• Assist members and staff with Business Systems related matters.
• Assist the IT department, primarily IT Support, as required.
• Provide backup support to other team members within the department.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of six months of IT Systems support or related experience. Understanding of IT Systems, configurations, best practices and methodologies and their execution
• High School or GED minimum, IT systems training preferred.
  Post-secondary degree or certification encouraged
