Job Summary
The Route Manager is responsible for managing route operations in all aspects, including collections and deposits of vended gaming, amusement equipment and ATM service, service to equipment, and overseeing equipment placement in locations. The position requires excellent customer service with all Golden Route Operations customers and effective communication with all company employees to accomplish organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
Education
One year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position has direct reports.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works around gaming and amusement equipment daily. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is exposed to moderate conditions including temperatures ranging from 50°F to 90°F. Normal conditions are climate controlled.

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands or arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds without assistance.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use repetitive motions with upper extremities, feel, reach with hands and arms.
Travel
Daily travel within the designated area is required for this position.
