J&J Ventures, Gaming LLC is Hiring a Collections Officer Near Las Vegas, NV
- Safely drive Collection team to and from assigned route locations following all local, state, and federal laws and company’s driving policies and procedures.
- Safeguard Collection team and company assets.
- Assist with the collection of all monies from gaming machines within Golden Route Operations locations and complete the appropriate paperwork with location owners and managers.
- Assist with the counting and balancing of monies from machines.
- Assist with taking and recording meter readings, as necessary.
- Assist Collectors with bundling cash, sorting tickets and cash, as needed.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork for each location.
- Perform all work in a safe and secure environment.
- Prepare necessary supplies for the next day’s work.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
- Report any problems to Supervisor immediately.
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
- Direct and assist in evacuation during emergency situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
