Job Summary:
A Baker is responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the baking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized. A Baker is the individual responsible for preparing breads, desserts, and doughs used for Hop Valley’s customer menu as well as the catering menu. A Baker is also known as a food preparation worker.
To be a successful Baker, you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations. Be quick, diligent, and be willing to improve on the job. A top-notch Baker should be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple tasks at the same time.
