MedicareInsurance.com is a leading insurance brokerage serving over 25 states nationwide. We are a rapidly growing company with 4 offices throughout the US. We are currently seeking motivated specialists to join our Customer Care Team that enjoy assisting clients through a wide range of matters regarding their healthcare. Full time position, Monday-Friday.
Customer Care Representative Compensation & Benefits
· Base, $18 - $21 an hour ($37,000 - $45,000 annually)
· Health insurance, 401(k) w/company match
· Personal and sick days, vacation days, company holidays.
· Overtime available.
Customer Care Representative Qualifications
· Call center or phone experience preferred.
· Administrative and/or data-entry skills preferred.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Patience and compassion.
· The ability to multitask and navigate multiple screens while talking on the phone.
· The ability to stay confident in a fast-paced environment
· Strong time-management skills.
· Having a self-motivated personality.
· Must be able to pass background check; no felonies.
