Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all aspects of the Treasury Management/Treasury Management products for all Treasury Management customers and GF Teammates.

Specific Job Functions:

• Develop and update processes, procedures, documentation and training material for business clients and employees.
• Service Treasury Management/Business customers. Research client issues and provide timely resolution. Manage commercial & Treasury Management customer overdrafts daily.
• Oversee daily operations of business products.
• Prepare Treasury Management documentation, Agreements, enrollment forms, etc. for Sales team.
• Ensure all customer paperwork is accurately transmitted/submitted for set up and imaging/archiving.
• Research and prepare annual ACH exposure and Remote Deposit Capture reviews for supervisor review and approval.
• Assist with Inside Sales and Referrals.
• Review product profitability.
• Manage Treasury Management vendors & strategic plan.

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least a 2 year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 2 years of experience in financial services field is preferred.
