Job Description
HII is looking for a Logistic Management Analyst to support various logistics duties and inventory management in support of the NASIC FME Squadron.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes DoD regulations and procedures for the shipment of Foreign Materials.
  • Preforms document control duties in regulation with NASIC Security Policies and procedures.
  • Acts as primary for squadron material management and supplies
  • Coordinates and executes maintenance, inspection and inventory management programs on a Annual/Semi-Annual/Quarterly bases.
  • Acts as Technical Order (TO) Account manager
  • Support Squadron function through Test, Measurement, & Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program
  • Custodian if Composite Tool Kit (CTK)
  • POC vehicle Manager and forklift operatorAdditional Duties
    • Manage Inventory Database System
    • Pickup/Delivery of GPC Purchases
    • Manage Processing Area Housekeeping
    • In-Process New Items, Update Items
    • Prepare Tools/Equipment for TDYs
    • Equipment Assembly/Disassembly
    • Assist Safety Manager and Facility Manager
    • Manage "Warehouse" Space (Delivery/Shipment/Storage/Assembly of Equipment, Supplies, Furniture, etc.)
    • Support Material Handling Operations
    • Performs FM Inventory Operations when primary inventory manager is unavailable
    • Assist with Workspace Management (Furniture/Equipment Relocation)
    • Augments NASIC IG to inspect all NASIC CA/CRL equipment accounts
    • Collecting data required by AF Instructions
    • Barcoding all systems and subsystems
    • Photographing assets
    • Entering data and photographs into the Foreign Material Equipment Tracking System (FMETS)
    • Assists document control monitors and military personnel with prepping assets for shipment to outside agencies
    • Building wooden containers for long-term storage and shipments to outside agencies
    • Works the logistics for transporting classified shipments to outside agencies using FedEx White Glove Service
    • Ensures squadron personnel are in compliance with Air Force directives governing 100% inventory accountability by performing random inspections to verify asset locations with GXF facilities
    • Generates custom reports for customers throughout the Intelligence Community fulfilling their tailored requirements
    • Trains newly assigned government civilians, military personnel and contractor personnel on squadron inventory responsibilities, procedures and expectationsMinimum Qualifications
      10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
      Preferred Requirements
      • Familiarity with NASIC FME preferred
      • Top Secret with SCI (or SCI eligible)Physical Requirements
        May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
