This position is a Mid/Senior level Navy ERP Business Analyst supporting the Business Intelligence Reporting and Analytics Program for NIWC Pacific. Candidate will analyze Navy Working Capital Funded (NWCF) business processes and provide technical support for operation of modules within the Navy ERP system.
This is a Hybrid position located out of San Diego, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will perform functional analysis to document business requirements. This support includes but is not limited to:

• Migrating existing Business Intelligence capabilities (reports/tools) to Advana Jupiter 
• Perform internal testing of redeveloped migrated capability and document issues in detail sufficient for developer to resolve 
• Document requirements for redevelopment of Business Intelligence capability in Jupiter into multiple JIRA issues. 
• Create detailed User Acceptance Test Plans (UAT), UAT kickoff briefs, and Quick Start Guides 
• Perform UAT to include assisting testers with Jupiter account requests, facilitating UAT kickoff meetings, demonstrate newly developed capabilities in Jupiter, answering tester questions, compiling test results, creating JIRA tickets for issues discovered during testing 
• Document process related artifacts such as checklists, SOP’s, reusable templates for JIRA issues, etc. 
• Create Training plans and conduct training sessions via Microsoft Teams 
• Liaison between software developers and competency representatives to ensure reports, dashboards, application, and automation meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• An active Secret DoD security clearance
• Eight (8) years of experience developing business solutions for an organization 
• Expertise in analyzing business processes and collaborating with stakeholders to identify Business requirements 
• Experience with Advana Jupiter, Qlik, Business Objects and Tableau highly desired 
• Experience translating business requirements into technical design specifications 
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of Navy ERP 
• Familiarity with Navy Working Capital financials 
• Understanding of database & data warehouse concepts including schemas and data modeling. 
• Experience creating software test plans & procedures, performing testing, and documenting results 
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or related field

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and thorough interview process.
