Works to resolve any post-closing issues and reviewing data to ensure the timely processing of the department. Responsible for following up on any outstanding conditions and uploading any missing and/or corrected documents to the Loan Origination System.

EXPECTATIONS

• Reviews data reports and report any findings to Team Lead
• Follows up on outstanding conditions
• Uploads missing and/or corrected documents to the LOS
• Sends missing and/or corrected documents to the Sub-servicer and Document Custodian
• Performs additional tasks that each team member is responsible for to keep the flow of the Secondary Delivery department moving in a timely manner
• Assists in shipping HomeSafe loans
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION - REQUIRED

• High School Diploma

EDUCATION - PREFERRED

• BA - Bachelor of Arts

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• At least 1 year of experience mortgage banking or loan processing preferred
• Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
• Knowledge of mortgage banking
• Analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Highly organized
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints
• Ability to organize and coordinate projects
