Job Description – Branch Manager
Summary/Objective
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for directing the activities of the installers with an emphasis on product quality, on-time delivery, cost and production efficiency. The Manager is responsible for supporting the key business metrics, inside sales, general housekeeping, and workplace safety. In addition, the Manager is responsible for the training and development of employees and ensuring they are adhering to handbook guidelines and rules. The Branch Operations Manager will also be responsible for the future growth of Sacramento market.

Work area includes all areas of the facility. Primary work area is a clean, professional, climate-controlled retail environment. Will be required to talk with employees and or work in the shop area throughout the day - and this area is not climate controlled.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The standard hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional days or work hours may be required in the daily management of the business.
